Be responsible for managing the service charge accounts, including block budgets and liaising with third part appointed accountants to ensure the smooth production of year end accounts for properties.
Oversee the on-boarding process of new properties and blocks to ensure that accounts are set up in a timely manner and all documentation is received.
Raising the interim and new budget service charge demands and managing collection of service charge and ground rent funds in accordance with lease terms as part of a credit control process.
Oversee bank reconciliations for block management including acting as point of contact between the company and the bank.
Production and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
Processing payroll for site staff.
Assisting with information required for audit requests as required.
Assist with legal related matters including liaising with solicitors.
