Job Description

You will be responsible for

• Responsible for the accuracy live accounts
• Prepare weekly cash flow
• Credit checking and setting up new customers
• Bank reconciliation
• Allocation of cash
• Discuss and agree payment plans in relation to the outstanding debt
• Prepare monthly debtor reports and attend monthly management meetings
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries
• Manage direct debits on a monthly basis and ensure all are paid within the allotted time frame
• Sending out monthly statements and re invoices

Profile

To be successful you will have previous experience within a credit control role you will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a stand alone environment. You must be confident on the phone, communicating with stakeholders of all levels internal and external and comfortable with a range of accounting packages and highly confident on Excel.
