Job Description
  • Sales Ledger account invoicing and  Updating internal Excel sheets
  • Raising invoices for credit account clients and sending out via emails
  • Raising pro forma invoices and sending emails to clients
  • Dealing with Emails coming in from Sales Staff
  • Internal Offsets from sales orders
  • Updating client accounts with details
  • Raising manual invoices up on request
  • Inputting Purchase invoices
  • Matching Purchase invoices with Supplier Delivery Notes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is key
  • Must be happy to job share
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiar with accounts software
