Job Description
  • Preparing monthly and ongoing weekly allowances entitlements.
  •  Posting financial information into the accounting system.
  •  Preparation of cheques and BACS payment.
  •  Communication with other departments within the office.
  •  Responding to sponsor's financial queries.
  •  Responding to other stakeholder' s financial queries.
  •  Preparation of statements of accounts.
  •  Reconciliation of sponsors banks accounts.
  •  Month end reporting of expenditure.
  •  Assist the accounts manager with sponsor's annual budget setting.
  •  Filing documents and any other ad hoc tasks requested by the accounts manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • BA degree in Accounting/Finance recognized in UK.
  • Post graduate degree or professional qualification (AAT/ACCA) will be an advantage.
  • Relevant work experience in the UK is preferable.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft office suite.
  • Knowledge of financial applications such as Sage 50 is preferred.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Fluency in Arabic spoken and written.
  • Must be a British national or have an Indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
