Preparing and maintaining purchase and sales ledger
Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
Carry out credit control functions
Coding and processing
Handling bank reconciliations and loading payments
Administer VAT returns and payments
Provide monthly departmental financial analysis, including production of Management Accounts and completing reports.
Complete preparatory work for the year end accounts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The requires applicants who are down to earth, proactive, excellent attention to detail, high degree of self-management and good verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of financial accounting systems (SAGE) and excellent IT skills along with two years’ experience working within an Accounts department.
