Full-time, Contract
Job Description
  • Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable process
  • Processing payment runs
  • Setting up of suppliers in the system including confirming of bank/company details
  • Working with internal and external contacts to resolve queries.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
  • Daily processing and monitoring
  • Produce updated debtor and creditor reports
  • Raise monthly recharge invoices across companies in the Group
  • Ad hoc tasks across the finance function
  • Processing journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assistance with management accounts pack

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in purchase ledger
  • Understanding of basic double-entry bookkeeping
  • Ability to manage multiple customer and supplier accounts
  • Experience reconciling banks accounts and customer supplier statements
  • Basic Excel skills (formulas and spreadsheets)
  • 1+ years' purchase ledger experience
  • Currently studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA
