Job Description
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing best practice, process improvements and embedding strong controls.
- Will support the Finance Department on tasks across finance operations to deliver efficient and effective outcomes
- Take lead to implement system enhancement and migration projects
- Responsible for the preparation, completion and consolidation of the Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end accounting, including financial reports for our holding company, analytical analysis and commentary
- Reconcile the intercompany balance sheet payables and receivables accounts, settling balances and clearing receipts and payments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accounting
- Balance Sheet
- Reports
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA) or equivalent
- Experience in owning the business model and running financial planning activities including annual budget and re-forecasts
- Strong numerical and analytical skill
- Good level of Chinese language is a plus and excellent Microsoft Excel skills
