Job Description
- Inputting of purchase invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Allocating payments from customers and sending out customer statements
- Assisting with stock reconciliations and liaising with the warehouse team
- Reconciling bank statements
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Booking in inventory
- Making bank payments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Candidates should have a good level of IT literacy, and be capable of using Microsoft applications at an intermediate level.
- A willing and flexible approach is essential, as is the ability to work as part of a friendly team.
