Job Description
  • Administration of expense management system 
  • Manage application process and approval of Purchase Cards and Credit Cards
  • Processing expense claims ensuring compliance with company policy local law
  • Ensure correct VAT treatment of claims
  • Coding of credit card and purchase card claims
  • Management of cash claims
  • Production of payment runs for cash claims for UK administered companies
  • Calculate and post month end accruals for credit and purchase card claims
  • General administration and document management
  • Provide support to European affiliates
  • Complete balance sheet recs for Financial Accounting
  • System development and testing as required
  • Ad hoc Finance Team support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer Service Orientated.
  • Confident in providing financial feedback to staff.
  • Excellent at problem solving skills, using initiative and common sense.
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and written.
  • Mature and professional approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the whole company in a consistent and positive manner
  • Good organization skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel mainly)
  • Credit Card and Expenses websites
