Job Description
  • Daily analysis of bank statements
  •  Posting of entries into QuickBooks and updating banking within Excel
  •  Processing accounting transactions
  •  Reconciliation of postings
  •  Setting and allocation of ledgers into QuickBooks
  •  Keeping a track of funds
  •  Preparation of Cash Book and Analysis at year end, compiling accounting packs
  •  Creating and reviewing fees
  •  Preparation of reports for management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • We are keen to find an experienced accounts professional who can demonstrate excellent numerical and accounting ability.
  • You will have strong attention to detail, with the ability to work with minimal supervision after the initial training period.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with Excel and an accounting software will be essential for this role.
