Job Description
- The role would suit a qualified accountant or someone close to qualification; but a qualified-by-experience profile may well work.
- With some specialist subject matter knowledge important, this assignment will suit a contractor who has recent local government experience and can demonstrate a good understanding of the Year End process in particular as the next key challenge in the coming months.
- Co-coordinating the preparation of the organization’s Annual Accounts in liaison with Business Partners and the wider Finance Team
- Supporting and developing the process around the setting of the annual budget
- Engaging with and helping to improve the monthly monitoring process
