Job Description
  • Experience and knowledge of management accounting, bookkeeping for sales and purchase ledger.
  •  Experience and extensive knowledge of using Xero.
  •  Dealing with customer queries regarding accounting issues
  •  Preparation of invoices to clients
  •  Preparing regular banking and receipts
  •  Performing bank reconciliations
  •  Liaising with overseas agents and other suppliers to settle their invoices.
  •  Entering payments onto our foreign payment platform
  •  General office administrative duties – including filing and post distribution.
  •  Producing reports for the Finance Director on a regular and ad hoc basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced accounts assistant
  • IT literate including Office Suite and accounting packages
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to assist with general office administrative duties
