Job Description
  • Posting Customer payments to Sage and banking cheques.
  • Posting bank statement entries to sage.
  • Set up supplier payments via sage and e-banking.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Issue pro-forma Invoices when required.
  • Run customer statements monthly and email or send to customer.
  • Obtain missing proof of delivery.
  • Deal with customer queries via email or telephone.
  • Set up new supplier accounts.
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements against supplier accounts and request missing statements/ invoices.
  • Email remittance advices to suppliers.
  • Deal with supplier queries via telephone and email.
  • Filing accounts paperwork.
  • Scanning supplier invoices on to server.
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT qualification preferred, but not essential
  • Sage 50 experience preferred.
  • Excel experience preferred.
