Job Description
  • Assist with Accounts Payable
  • Process credit card payments and expenses
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Chase suppliers for missing statements and invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Online banking

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 1-year previous purchase ledger experience
  • Experience with SAGE
  • The ability to priorities workload
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the construction industry would be highly beneficial but optional
