Job Description
  • Managing Accounts Inbox for supplier invoices
  • Downloading invoices and saving on system
  • Check Invoices for accuracy and completeness as well as coding of Invoices on Rapport/Sage
  • Input of data on Rapport/Sage
  • Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
  • Sending remittances to suppliers
  • Review and extracting Aged Creditors report on Sage
  • Preparing the Payment Run as and when required
  • Bank/Credit Card Postings on Sage
  • Working against tight deadlines to meet business requirements
  • Communicate internally with Finance Team and external parties
  • Provide support for additional ad-hoc accounting duties to Finance Team as and when required.
  • Undertake all petty cash withdrawals and reconciliations
  • General ad hoc financial administration including providing support to overseas branches
  • Other financial duties as they arise

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Sage and CRM experience
  • Data Entry and Invoice coding experience
  • Communication skills
