Managing the finance department consisting of 2 Accountants and 1 Accounts Assistant
Preparing monthly board pack including cashflow, budgeting and variance analysis
Producing monthly querying variances with commercial team
Preparing year end statutory accounts and working closely with auditors
Review monthly and quarterly management accounts
Prepare monthly VAT and CIS returns
Lead COINS implementation, ensuring best practice and functionality across various modules including Finance, Subcontractor, Commercial and House Sales
Collaborating with departmental heads across all disciplines to deliver ongoing growth and efficiency
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
With a COINS implementation underway the ideal candidate will have used COINS previously
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Accountant
Up to date knowledge of current Construction Industry Scheme tax (CIS) legislations
Prior experience of working in Construction/Housebuilding
