Job Description

The role will work across Weekly and Monthly Payrolls - as the Payroll Administrator you will be expected to work end to end. Our Client uses Sage Payroll - experience is preferred but not essential.

Others aspects of the Payroll Administrator role includes;

  • reporting to HMRC and Employers
  • extensive Query Management and Resolution
  • be confident with Auto Enrolment including being able to deal with Pension Providers - NEST / BC&C etc.
  • be able to Reconcile PAYE / NIC / Pensions and Net Pay
  • a knowledge of CIS would be an advantage but is not essential

As you will be dealing with Clients on a day to day basis you will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships.

  • Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
