Job Description

• Producing trial balance reports on time
•  Producing cash flow reports for expenditure/income
•  Daily/weekly regular cash flow, margin and other reports including ad-hoc 'project’ reports as required.
•  Collectively with other members of team, responsible for all Health and Safety rules and practices within the operation for staff, visitors, drivers.
• Contributes to the overall site safety and codes of conduct.
•  Ensuring reporting is timely and accurate.
•  Providing internal cost and service reports as required
•  Producing ad-hoc reports as required
•  Participating in weekly meetings and presenting service performance data as required
•  Working together with other team members. other departments and external partners
•  Work within the company rules (employee handbook) and code of conduct with particular regard to both internal and external communication
•  Responsibility for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable -all ledger administration associated with this.
•  Data into the company’s accounting systems.
•  Liaising internally with operations and other colleagues to ensure invoices and costs are recorded and validated in a timely manner.
