Job Description
  • Day to day accounts receivable duties
  • Responding to client queries – liaising with sales teams to resolve any outstanding issues on the customers’ accounts
  • Risk Handling - recognizes and flags up any potential risks
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Keeping close watch on debtor account balances
  • Providing administrative support to Finance Manager
  • Month End procedures – Statement runs/Aged Debtors reporting
  • Reconciling Petty Cash
  • Month end Journal preparation works.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • The ability to priorities a heavy workload
  • Knowledge of business sales ledger administration
  • Knowledge of office programmers (Microsoft Office, Intermediate excel, Microsoft Teams)
  • Negotiating skills/Confident using the phone.
