You will be part of the Finance Team and will provide high quality financial support.
You will need to forge and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders with a view to promoting the effective financial management and administration of individual contracts.
You will provide timely and insightful advice to Directors, Senior Management Team and other non-finance staff, interpreting financial reports and requirements for them and analyzing and utilizing information provided by them to produce financial management information.
You will be expected to monitor and report on the financial performance of the operational areas and their services, providing the appropriate financial advice to ensure financial objectives are met.
You will also work to produce area and service level budgets, forecasts and reporting.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIMA, ACCA or AC
You will need to demonstrate all-round experience of planning, budgeting and forecasting, and able to provide and analyses management accounts, using strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, to support both finance and non-finance staff effectively.
Experienced in a devolved budget setting environment across multiple sites.
Proven experience of operating within a similar business facing role in a commercial environment.
Possess excellent communication skills - (must be able to establish strong and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders).
Demonstrate advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, with the ability to develop financial models to produce Balance Sheet and Cash Flows and have experience of or desire to manage a small established team.
