You will gain the opportunity to financially control and manage a suite of projects and complete reporting requirements on behalf of those projects
Partner with the Project teams to understand budgets and variances, and to challenge the assumptions made in order to identify financial risks and opportunities
Preparing financial reporting by pulling and validating data from a variety of sources
Helping ensure projects are fully compliant with the organizations Framework and Finance Policies to satisfy all Internal Control requirements
Proactively seeking to improve local processes and working practices to drive efficiency across the team and wider business to help drive the Finance function forward
Working with key stakeholders in the preparation and completion of financial forecasts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Gained knowledge / experience in Project Accounting / Commercial Accounting would be beneficial.
AAT / Part Qualified CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA
Education in accounting, finance, or business is preferable
Confident communicator, able to liaise with various levels of stakeholders
Strong Excel skills and ability to pick up new IT systems
Ability to learn and develop in a finance environment
