Assist in the preparation of the quarterly VAT return.
Monthly commissions analysis.
Intercompany reconciliations.
Balance sheet reconciliations including ensuring the Fixed asset registers are up to date in all entities.
Analysis of company accounts for the onboarding process.
Cover for the Accounts assistant including cover for the general accounts email.
Support audit preparation and complete audit tasks for all entities as required.
Assist in the preparation of the daily cash balances analysis.
Support in the implementation of the new accounts package.
Respond to ad hoc query reviews in a timely and professional manor.
Escalate accounts concerns to the Head of Finance in a timely manor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will suit an Accounts Assistant with 2-3 years experience as a minimum, either actively studying or previously studied towards their AAT's and able to work accurately within a fast paced role.
The successful candidate will also be required to have a good level of excel experience e.g. able to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
