Job Description
  • Maintaining the finance inbox
  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • Scanning invoices and properly storing them
  • Completing supplier statement reconciliation
  • Setting up payment rune
  • Liaising with supplier in relation to payment and invoice queries
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Raising and managing purchase order numbers
  • Posting credit card and bank transactions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Your excellent attention to details
  • Ability and experience in processing accounts payable invoices
  • Knowledge debits and credits
  • Ability to priorities
  • Prior working knowledge of accounting package such as Microsoft Dynamics and competency of Excel
