You'll be joining a developing fast business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.
Your role:
Responsible for end to end processing of monthly payroll for 700 employees
Management of time and attendance system
Processing new starters
Ensure that the correct right to work checks have been completed
Processing sickness and other absences in line with statutory entitlement and company policies
Processing of company pension schemes ensuring compliance with auto enrolment policies
Processing of other deductions such as attachment of earning order, staff loans and cycle to work
Processing of ad-hoc payments
Finalizing the payroll submission, processing payments, pay slips, P45 and submissions to HMRC
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll environment. Organisation with exceptional attention detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must. You'll have detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, national insurance and pension's administration with the ability to prepare and submit monthly and annual returns to HMRC.
