Job Description
  • Raising of sales and purchase invoices
  • Posting of bank and credit card transactions and reconciliations
  • Deferred Income preparation
  • Handling of staff expenses
  • Maintaining client service levels
  • Distribution of products to clients when required
  • Purchasing of parts and products and booking items into stock
  • Monthly stock take
  • Managing office stationery
  • General day-to-day admin

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Credit control
  • SAGE
  • Purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts/bookkeeping experience
  • Sage 50 experience
  • AAT part/full qualification or equivalent - although not essential - possible study support available
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of handling general admin
  • Ability to use one's own initiative
