Job Description
  • Managing the Sales Ledger
  • Produce and send out sales invoices
  • General Bookkeeping and purchase ledger
  • Oversee supplier payments
  • Ensure filing is done regularly and diligently
  • Ensure the bookkeeping is submitted to the management accountant in a timely manner
  • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
  • Allocating payments
  • Bank reconciliation - all accounts
  • Producing finance reports
  • VAT Returns
  • Producing statements and emailing/posting to customers
  • Work with accountants to produce monthly and quarterly accounts
  • Sorting post incoming and outgoing
  • Sending payment links from Stripe

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Xero
  • An understanding of foreign exchange
  • Excellent organizational and accuracy skills
  • Finance qualification advantageous
