Job Description
  • Reconciling tills daily and dealing with issues as they arise.
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Inter-company transfers and reconciliations, weekly and monthly.
  • Printing remittances, manufacturer paperwork and funding paperwork for posting.
  • Keep the cash accounts and sales ledger accounts postings tidy and up to date for the credit controller.
  • Raise queries with purchase or sales ledger as they arise.
  • Provide audit paperwork.
  • Provide holiday cover within the accounts team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The successful candidate would need to be competent working with Excel and web based systems.
  • A minimum 12 months experience working within an accounts based role.
