Job Description
  • Responsibility for the purchase ledger
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring copies of all invoices for all venues are recorded
  • Checking, posting and arranging payment of all locations petty cash.
  • Responsible for staff expenses
  • Checking and posting all company credit card expenditure
  • Cash banking posting and reconciling
  • Posting of bank receipts and payments
  • Assisting the Management Accountant with the weekly retail reporting and posting
  • General support across the department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Happy to work in the office five days a week.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Time management skills and experience of working under pressure and to tight weekly deadlines.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player and ability to work on own initiative.
