This is an exciting opportunity to join a charity on a mission to improve the lives of young people in London. London Youth is the membership network for youth organisations in London. Last year, we worked directly with over 17,500 young people through our programmes and two outdoor adventure centres. Our network of over 600 member organisations supported 85,000 young Londoners a week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for an experienced finance lead who can help us strengthen our business model, work closely with fundraising and provide constructive challenge to executive colleagues. You will have the capacity to span strategy and detail and bring great communication skills. You will also bring experience of systems integration. In addition, this role will oversee the company secretary function, GDPR compliance and manage our outsourced IT provider. The Director of Finance will be personally committed to our principles and practices around equity, diversity and inclusion. To be considered for this position you will have demonstrable experience of leading a Finance function
