Job Description

Duties will include;

  • Handle the weekly and monthly payroll preparation for employees over a number of sites across the UK
  • Calculating employees hours worked in order to make accurate payments
  • Deal with a variety of employee payroll queries
  • Maintain records of any deductions from employees’ payments such as deductions on health care and other deductions like Pay As You Earn (PAYE)
  • Monitor the electronic timekeeping system
  • Submit payroll reports and sheets for timely processing of staff salary

The successful candidate;

  • At least a year’s experience in a payroll department
  • Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner to handle a variety of payroll queries
  • You will have strong Excel skills
