Job Description
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Upload invoices to customer portals and resolve any queries
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Contact debtors through calls & emails to notify them of outstanding invoice
- Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Process cash refunds
- Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
- Provide accounts information to internal departments
- Process invoices on accounting software
- Liaise with customers and the sales team
- Fleet management - process parking charges / maintain mileage records
- Process credit cards and employee expenses
