Job Description

• Process orders and invoices in the schools accounting system.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, credit notes, delivery notes.
• Record and process monies/income and expenditure against budget headings and reporting. 
• Work constructively as part of a team delivering a flexible administrative and financial service, creating and managing financial spreadsheets.
• To operative relevant equipment/ICT packages (Microsoft Office, SIMS, FMS)
