Job Description
  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software
  • Must have payroll experience, and bookeeping experience
  • Use of Moneysoft and Xero
  • Excellent communication skills, speaking to clients
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Paying invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Managing employee expense claims
  • General administration and assisting with payroll
  • Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
  • Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Preparing employee wages
  • Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
