Job Description
  • Assist with weekly payment run calculations, identifying vendors requiring payment
  • Daily setting up of payment for operators, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Reviewing credit card expenditure
  • Reviewing coding and VAT of purchase and sales invoices
  • Monthly review of VAT transaction and quarterly VAT returns
  • Maintaining monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation of accruals and prepayments at month end

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience within a similar role
  • Experienced accounts payable assistant
  • Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills
