Job Description
  • Processing of purchase invoices and employee expenses
  • Processing of all bank payments and receipts in the banking and finance system
  • Preparation of journals and data entry
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits
  • Preparing and maintaining monthly reconciliations (bank, prepayments, fixed assets)
  • Collating timesheets and creating reports
  • Month end close and reporting
  • Responsibility for overheads, variance analysis and working closely with budget holders
  • Support with budgeting and forecasting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strong team player
  • Self-motivate and able to manage own workload
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Abe to priorities and meet deadlines
  • AAT
  • Payroll
  • Purchase Ledger
