Job Description
- Leading on the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Leading on the production of statutory accounts and taking the team through the audit process
- Leading on financial reporting to deliver to senior management and being the key finance point of contact for other department heads
- Leading on cash flow reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and providing the key financial input into the delivery and execution of upcoming salary reviews.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ideally be a fully qualified accountant, though substantially experienced non-qualified individuals can still be considered
- Come from a background of finance leadership in a professional services environment, such as law or accounting firms
- Be a seasoned interim who is used to working without a complete handover, and can be a reassuring presence to finance teams.
