Job Description
  • Manage all day to day functions within finance
  • Raise invoices for orders
  • Amended monthly invoices for tracking fees
  • Dealing with inhouse accounts queries and client accounts queries
  • Managing bank accounts
  • Liaising with suppliers  clients
  • Chasing outstanding monies
  • Liaising with external accountants when required
  • General office and business support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of five years relevant experience within a similar role
  • Experienced accounts payable assistant
  • Experience of working with a fully integrated online accounting system
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities
  • Reliable, honest and dedicated
