Job Description

The portfolio consists of various investments across a number of statutory entities, with both property investment and property development interests.

This Finance Director role will include:

• Oversee a small finance team of two staff
• Review of management accounts, VAT and payroll
• Produce weekly cash flow report
• Liaise with joint venture partners
• Deal with all family and charitable trusts
• Deal with all banks and authorize all payments
• Liaise with insurance companies and auditors
• Oversee personal ISAs and tax, FX accounts and wills
• Oversee management meetings and HR issues
• Corporation Tax and Companies House submissions
• General supervision of all finance and administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
