Job Description
  • Administer purchase ledger and purchase queries
  • Dealing with banking, purchase payments and petty cash
  • Ordering of stationery and stock control
  • Reconciliation of catering supplier invoices
  • Ordering of all staff uniforms
  • Expense and recharge administration
  • Direct Debit and Standing order checks
  • Manual invoicing
  • Additional ad-hoc admin tasks on behalf of other departments during school holidays
  • Implement and adhere to best practice in safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children and young people

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good level of education to A level or equivalent
  • GCSE in Math or equivalent
  • Confident working with MS office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel in particular.
  • Experience of working with Sage essential.
  • Ability to work proactively and on own initiative
  • Able to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively, both in person and in writing.
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Calm team player who can priorities work effectively and efficiently
