With financial operations, including reporting, provisions, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, cashflow control, stock control and fixed asset register
Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness
Take responsibility for the sign-off of monthly sales figures and various other monthly reports
Take ownership overhead cost schedules including querying variances of actual costs to expectations
Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare quarterly royalty returns for review
Be the first line escalation point for sales ledger and purchase ledger
Prepare the bi-annual sales submissions
Assist with the year-end audit
Wider finance team and ad hoc project support as required

ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT part qualified or equivalent
Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, e.g. V-lookups and pivot tables
