Job Description
- Full management and control of the month-end process and reporting
- Preparing and analyzing cost by each department with budget holders
- Balance sheet reconciliations completed and actioned.
- Year-end preparation and audit support
- Monthly review of all inventory levels and work with the logistics team to improve accuracy.
- Preparation of quarterly UK VAT return
- Managing petty cash and company credit cards
- Support for ongoing projects and required analysis to improve decision-making
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ideally will have luxury retail company experience or at least an understanding of wholesale stock accounting
- experience in process development and improvement
- System implementation change
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and builds positive relationships
- Strong Excel and IT system skills
- Experience with SAGE50, and SAP would be a benefit.
- Previous experience to all key responsibilities is essential.
