Job Description
  • Purchase ledger
  •  Purchase Queries
  •  Banking
  •  Purchase Payments
  • Stationery stock control and ordering
  • Catering suppliers invoice reconciliation
  •  Handling petty cash
  • Expense administration
  •  Direct debits and standing order checks
  •  Providing support for payroll when required
  • Providing support for month end procedures
  • Additional admin support where required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience with working in Finance or Accounts team
  •  Previous experience with using SAGE
  •  Excellent communication skills and immaculate attention to detail
  •  Due to the location it would be beneficial to drive
