Job Description

The role is a part-time, 3-month (FTC) based in London(Hybrid).

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Corporate Services and Finance Director is actively responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing strategic plans in accordance with the organizations mission, vision & values. The post-holder will lead on corporate services functions including, finance, human resources, governance and legal compliance - while providing strategic financial oversight of the Institute and associated companies, ensuring financial viability. You will contribute to driving business sustainability, monitoring revenue generating activities and continue the development, monitoring and reporting of the organization’s risk register.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful, you will have proven experience working with boards at board level, change or risk management delivery and be able to demonstrate strategic financial and business acumen. You will have proven ability as a critical thinker within a fluid environment, with the capability to influence decision making at all levels across the organization. The post-holder will need to present a range of relevant and innovative solutions, both logically and credibly - with thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the organization and influence management at all levels. As an individual, you will be a fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW) Accountant or appropriately qualified to deliver the management, business and administrative responsibilities required.
