Job Description

This role focuses on the management of residential mortgage products and customer segments. You will be accountable for delivering against lending and income targets and support with the development of appropriate business strategies and plans required to meet those targets. You will also be involved in the creation of new products and services as well as the ongoing management of these customer portfolios.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Product management experience and familiarity with UK financial services 
• Ability to present and tailor information for senior audiences.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Effective at decision making and communicating.
