Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, account manager with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Overall Responsibility for the management of a portfolio of strategic accounts to deliver innovative solution to maximize revenue opportunities
- Develop strong relationships and understanding of the company eco system partners including programme managers, processors, card bureau, consultants, etc.
- Drive business development opportunities and deliver RFP responses across the portfolio, delivering increased revenue and/or market share.
- Broaden the relationship with each account to drive more strategic discussions and entrenchment with the MC brand
- Support growth of each account through Product and VAS sales
- Responsible for ensuring customers solutions are compliant with company rules and standards working closely with key internal partners such as AML, Legal and Franchise
- Push our internal organization to be more nimble to address Fintech needs (pricing, customer delivery, marketing, advisors, etc.)
