Supply Chain Administrator
Job Description
We’ll need you to build a good understanding of supply chain incidents, log the details on our systems, and figure out the right solutions.
What you’ll do
- respond to store supply chain queries in a timely manner – you’ll capture all the relevant information, investigate the issue and come up with the best solution
- accurately log all relevant details on our systems
- identify patterns and trends in the incident data to spot opportunities for improvement
- work closely with store colleagues, wider supply chain teams and suppliers to fix forecasting issues and answer availability queries
- develop a solid understanding of the complexities of a large supply chain operation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
a solid background in a customer service environment, with excellent customer service skills phenomenal communication skills, with a talent for building positive relationships with partners across the business excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment a keen eye for detail and accuracy good IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems the availability to work flexible shifts and weekends
