  • Process and allocate receipts, invoices and credit notes manually or through the system
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Contact customers to ensure payment of invoices via email or telephone calls
  • Produce customer statements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to priorities workload
  • Capable of building strong working relationships
  • Good knowledge of MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - beneficial
