This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to the Head of HR Operations and Deputy Director of Human Re-sources in a variety of areas. The role would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and needs minimal supervision.
Providing support to both the HR Operations Management Team as and when required by arranging meetings, supporting the teams on BAU activities and getting involved in project activities.
Acting as the Finance Administrator for the Directorate, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of invoices, expenses and other accounts data.
You will have experience of working in an administrative support role in a large organisation, providing diary management for senior staff and services for committees and meetings.
Experience in the co-ordination of meetings, organising and circulating documentation with an ability to identify and follow up meeting outcomes and actions.
Experience of dealing with financial information and processes, and an understanding of ac-counting principles, ideally with knowledge of accounting and budgeting processes.
Experience of working in a team environment within a large organisation, demonstrating an ability to be flexible and provide support for colleagues
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), demonstrating an ability to deal with a wide range of people, and to take notes and prepare and present documentation to a professional standard
Flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs and the ability to provide information, advice and guidance whilst maintaining confidentiality
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a variety of work activities in a busy environment and to meet strict deadlines

Good computer skills and experience working with Excel, Word and MS Outlook, as well as the ability to design and develop databases and electronic storage systems
