Production of reports according to Clients’ requirements e.g. weekly sales figures, monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports, ad hoc debtor and creditor reports
Dealing with queries
Access to clients bank accounts
Providing holiday cover for other staff members
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work independently, priorities and manage your workload on a day to day basis
Calm and organized approach to work essential in what can sometimes be a hectic environment
Ability to communicate with clients and external bodies eg HMRC and external Auditor
Use of QuickBooks and Sage and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
