Ensuring invoice statements and chasers are sent out
Chasing outstanding debt from key customers by telephone
Producing Aged Debtors reports and analysis
Uploading customer invoice details to credit insurer web portal
Managing credit limits and applying for increases when needed
Identify refinements of credit-control process to reduce total debtor days
Liaise with all departments to ensure customer queries are handled professionally and quickly
Maintaining and updating customer information on the database
Setting up new customer accounts
Payments / Receipts processing
Invoice Processing (overheads)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Credit control and general accounts experience
Good working knowledge of Excel
Understanding of double entry principals
Experience of using Sage advantageous
Ability work with other finance team members
Must be comfortable working as part of a small team within a rapidly growing and developing company. Highly driven, positive attitude and self-motivated problem solver
